EJ&E Buyout

On December 24, 2008 the Surface Transportation Board approved the merger of the Canadian National Railway and the EJ&E. (Get the pdf file of the STB Decision). The sale was completed the weekend of January 31-February 1, 2009. Since July 2008 I have followed this controversial issue in the Links section and will continue to keep this section active by posting relevant links.
