Budget "Menu"

House Republicans have listed a menu of "The Bills to Help Illinois that the Democrats will not Call." The Menu offers "Healthy Portions: Fiscal Reforms to Control Spending," "Chef's Specialties: Create Private Sector Jobs," and "A La Carte Selections: Medicaid Reforms."
